Dear Mr. Zhou:

We are so shocked to hear that Our home province suffered huge life loss (>12,000 by now) and extensive property damages from the earthquake occurred in Wenchuan county! There are still many people missing or in distress situation waiting for help. The sad news touched deeply in the hearts of our members living in New Jersey .

On behalf of all our Association members, I would like to extend our deep sympathy and condolence towards the families who lost their relatives and friends and our strong support to the people who survived this natural disaster. At this very difficult time, we firmly stand behind you and all of the home provincial people.

We also want to let you know that the physical distance can not separate our deep home connection and caring. Our hearts are always with you! We are ready to offer our help and we have taken actions for donations to help our Lao-Xiang for their post-disaster recovery and reconstruction. Also, please feel free to let us know the best way to aid the people who need the help!
